I managed and executed the ongoing design needs for the DOH team, including routine updates and complete overhauls of their operational menus.
New Restaurant Launch & Redesign
When DOH launched their new restaurant location, I was responsible for a complete menu redesign. This involved creating an entirely new, updated presentation for their main offerings. Additionally, as part of a brand extension strategy, I developed a second color palette and an associated range of menus specifically for their subsequent, second location. This ensured brand cohesion while allowing the individual venues to maintain a differentiated visual identity.
Menu Suite & Promotional Assets
To further support the launch, I expanded the restaurant's collateral beyond the standard offerings. I designed and produced a full suite of specialized menus, including drinks menus and kids' menus. Furthermore, I created effective promotional flyers to successfully market the new restaurant to the public.
